music video festival 2023 returned triumphantly, occupying a new space (mis experience), on October the 28th and 29th.

There were two delicious days of talks, shows and DJ sets bringing together the music video creative community and a diverse and tuned-in audience. an immersive space with 4 giant projection screens hosted gigs from mia badgyal, yma + jonnata doll, luiza lian, luccas carlos + hodari + jovem blues, sodomita, mc luanna, derek, and don l, as well as dj sets from salvegod, nascii b2b tyv (gop tun), lovefoxxx, moocradio, aisha & yaminah, hysper, th4ys and deekapz. a special curation of music videos orchestrated by festival partners directors’ library, ukmva, prism prize, bamvf and bogotá music video festival starred on screens strategically positioned in the space.

the augmented reality installation “neo ícarus”, by bk’ and nikolas demurtas, allowed the public to immerse themselves in bk’s most recent album, which draws a parallel between the myth of icarus and today’s society, in a journey of 13 tracks. and crowning the program, the feature film “augure”, by the congolese based in Belgium, baloji, closed the two days of the festival. to give the festival a special flavor, a partnership with fatz delivered an impeccable service of tailor-made snacks and drinks.
